After Kade's time at Snow, he switched gears to study construction management at Brigham 年轻的大学. He was able to serve on the BYU Student Presidency for the Construction 管理项目. After graduation, Kade was hired by Jacobsen Construction and managed projects such as the City Creek Center, doTERRA Corporate Campus, Primary Children's Hospital's major renovation, One Empire Lodge in Park City, and 4.5年 managing the pre-construction for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Salt Lake Temple renovation. He has managed approximately $2.5 billion worth of commercial construction and real estate development projects over the course of his career.

After college, Meggan worked for 15年 as a health coach for Orriant. Kade和 Meggan decided to take things a step further and opened Ardent, a boutique fitness studio, located in Saratoga Springs, Utah.
